Matthew J. Krawczyk grew up in Greenfield, Wisconsin and attended high school at Waukesha Catholic Memorial, graduating in 2000.  Matthew then enrolled at the University of Iowa , where he graduated with Honors and Distinction and a B.B.A. in Accounting in 2004.  He continued his education at Marquette University Law School, graduating with a J.D. in 2007, and was admitted to practice law in the State of Wisconsin in May of 2007.

Matthew worked as a legal clerk at Krawczyk, Duginski & Rohr from the spring of 2005 until the spring of 2007, when he came on as a full-time associate.  Matthew is the third generation to be associated with the firm, which originally was founded by his grandfather, Edmund J. Krawczyk, and is currently managed by his father, Gary J. Krawczyk, who has been the managing partner since 1992.

Matthew primarily works in the areas of Secured Transactions, Creditor/Debtor Law, Real Estate, Business Organizations, Landlord/Tenant Law, and Traffic Law.  He has worked on many cases involving Mortgage Foreclosures, Replevins, Collections, Garnishments, Creditor's Rights in Bankruptcy and Traffic Violations.  In addition, he has worked with clients in setting up their business, whether it be a Corporation, LLC or Partnership.
