
Matthew J. Krawczyk grew up in Matthew worked as a legal clerk at Krawczyk, Duginski & Rohr from the spring of 2005 until the spring of 2007, when he came on as a full-time associate. Matthew is the third generation to be associated with the firm, which originally was founded by his grandfather, Edmund J. Krawczyk, and is currently managed by his father, Gary J. Krawczyk, who has been the managing partner since 1992. Attorney Matthew Krawczyk primarily works in the secured transactions area if the law. Matthew has represented creditors in many commercial and residential foreclosure actions, replevin actions regarding vehicles, boats and many different types of business collateral along with unsecured money judgment actions. Matthew also has experience in representing creditors in many Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases, whether it be through the filing of motions for relief from the automatic stay and abandonment, objections to Chapter 13 plans, preparing reaffirmation agreements and/or the filing and drafting of proof of claims.
